As a warmup- circuit through these 6 exercises 4x through

#1 Glute Kickbacks

20 reps per leg

#2 Sidekicks

20 reps per leg

#3 Ball Weighted Glute Bridge

10 reps

#4 Stationary Curtsy Lunge

20 reps per leg

#5 Ball Single Leg Glute Bridge

10 reps per leg

#6 Single Leg RDL

10 reps per leg

3 Different 6-minute EMOMs. User the timer, each minute complete both exercises in EMOM 1 for 6 minutes then rest up to 2 minutes. Complete both exercises in EMOM 2 for 6 minutes then rest for 2 minutes. Lastly, complete both exercises in EMOM 3 for 6 minutes and your workout is complete.

EMOM#1 Barbell Glute Bridge

EMOM#1 Banded Sidesteps

20 reps per leg

EMOM#2 Nordic Curls

10 reps

EMOM#2 Banded Kickbacks

10 reps per leg

EMOM#3 Barbell Back Squat
