Luscious Legs

As a warmup- complete at least 2 of these 3 exercises as a 6 minute EMOM. Each minute attempt to get any of the 2 but you can get all 3 if capable. Use the timer below or your own timer.

#1 Bodyweight Squats

10 reps

#2 Hindu Squats

10 reps

#3 Jump Squats

10 reps

3 Different 6-minute EMOMs. User the timer, each minute complete both exercises in EMOM 1 for 6 minutes then rest up to 2 minutes. Complete both exercises in EMOM 2 for 6 minutes then rest for 2 minutes. Lastly, complete both exercises in EMOM 3 for 6 minutes and your workout is complete.

EMOM#1 Front Squat

EMOM#1 Jump Lunges

20 reps total (10 per leg)

EMOM#2 Dumbbell Box Squat

10 reps

EMOM#2 Sumo Squats

10 reps

EMOM#3 Skier Squats

20 reps
